ConcordPride returns for second year
Saturday brings a full day of free family-friendly events designed to uplift and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.

With one year under its rainbow belt, ConcordPride returns this weekend for round two.
Saturday brings a full day of free family-friendly events designed to uplift and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.
Festivities kick off at 10 a.m. with a march down Main Street, starting at the Umbrella Arts Center, that leads into a rally in Monument Square.
Other events include free ice cream and teen “queer-eoke” at the Acton Free Public Library, a lawn party at First Parish, and a party at Emerson Pool — all of which start at noon.
The day wraps up with music and picnicking at Rideout Park starting at 4 p.m., and there are additional events planned throughout the month.
