Nancy enjoyed being near the ocean, she had many fond memories of local beach trips, especially time spent on Cape Cod and family vacations to Mexico and the Caribbean.
She was an avid swimmer who enjoyed belonging to Heritage Pool and Racquet Club in Acton, both during her own childhood and while raising her children. Growing up, Nancy was a lifeguard at White Pond and Acton Country Club, where she made lifelong friends. Later in life, she was a charter member at the Beede Center, where she swam daily. She greatly valued the friendships and the camaraderie shared with her “Beede Buddies” dating back to 2006.
