Acton Bridge contributing photographer Jean Fain, an avid kayaker, has been exploring local rivers and ponds this summer. “Paddling past meadows and through lily pads is like traveling into the serene luminosity of a Monet painting,” she says. She took her camera along for a recent outing on White Pond — and found plenty of company.
