Before cloudy skies and rain gave way to brilliant spring sunshine, Concordians paused Monday to pay Memorial Day tribute to the fallen. From the roar of cannon and musket fire to the quiet salute of hands placed over hearts for the playing of Taps, groups at West Acton’s Rideout Park and in Acton Center remembered those who gave their lives in service to their country.
