CCHS alumnus Sam Presti inspires young Concordians
Seeing someone from CC build a championship team through smart choices, patience, and leadership is really inspiring to all of us.
As a rising eighth grader at Acton Middle School and as a big fan of the NBA, I want to congratulate Sam Presti (a Acton-Carlisle High School alum) and the Oklahoma City Thunder organization on their incredible 2025 playoff run to an NBA championship.
Sam Presti has been a role model to me and many others from the school district and has inspired all of us to become great, not only at basketball but also in life. He took the time to come back to CC to talk with me and other Patriots basketball campers about hard work, teamwork, and believing in yourself, and it has inspired me to work hard and to never give up. Seeing someone from CC build a championship team through smart choices, patience, and leadership is really inspiring to all of us.
Congratulations to Sam and the entire Thunder organization on not only winning the championship but also cementing yourself into basketball history. You’ve made CC proud, and you’ve inspired a new generation of fans and future leaders to become great just like you.
