CCHS 15, Weston 5
The Patriots thundered past Weston, 15-5, on May 19. The lightning-delayed Senior Night victory secured the Dual County League championship for CCHS.

- Big game: Mirak outscored the entire Weston squad, tallying seven goals.
- Unsung heroes: Fortier scored three times. Walsh, Bridgman, Cain, Bridget Fivek, and Maya Feloney netted one goal apiece.

CCHS 9, Wellesley 8
The Patriots defeated a strong Wellesley team anchored by Tara Battaglino, who scored or assisted on all but one of their goals. Tough defense and winning draws spurred the Pats to victory in the taut May 18 contest.
- Big game: In addition to scoring four goals, Mirak had 11 draw controls. Fortier was the other multi-goal scorer with two tallies.
- Unsung heroes: With 4:18 to go in a scoreless third quarter, the Patriots were down two players due to yellow cards. Reynolds intercepted a Raiders pass and cleared it all the way to the offensive end, enabling the Pats to kill the penalties. Reynolds also scored a goal, as did the Feloney sisters, Hannah and Maya.
- Game changer: In the final quarter, Wellesley took an 8-7 lead with two quick goals. The Pats responded with a pair of scores by Mirak and then maintained possession for the remaining 5:37, showing tremendous stick skills, to secure the win.
