For Select Board, back ‘smart, dynamic, dedicated’ Elizabeth Akehurst-Moore

I am pleased to endorse Elizabeth Akehurst-Moore for Select Board and strongly encourage you to vote on April 8 for Elizabeth.  We are incredibly fortunate to have such a smart, dynamic, and dedicated candidate ready to step into this important leadership role. I’ve had the privilege of working with Elizabeth both on the Governance Committee years ago and currently on the Acton Business Partnership Board. Her approach is always thoughtful, inclusive, and balanced. She consistently delivers excellent work on every committee she serves and her success as a local businesswoman, exemplified by our thriving Acton Market, is both impressive and inspiring.

As a longtime Acton resident with children in our schools, Elizabeth is deeply invested in the future of our town. Her legal background and results-driven mindset are valuable assets that she currently brings to the MCI Town Committee. Her two terms on the Zoning Board of Appeals have demonstrated her openness to dialogue and her ability to work collaboratively toward solutions. Elizabeth’s understanding of fiscal responsibilities, the value of a healthy commercial sector, and her commitment to moving Acton forward make her uniquely qualified for the Select Board.

I am confident that Elizabeth’s skills, knowledge, and passion for fostering an inclusive, thriving community make her the ideal person to serve on the Select Board at this crucial time. Please join me in supporting Elizabeth Akehurst-Moore for Select Board.
