‘Generosity, commitment to helping others’: Alexa Anderson for School Committee

I am honored to endorse Alexa Anderson for the School Committee. She is a strong leader who is deeply committed to supporting families, children, and teachers. Her intelligence, integrity, and ability to listen, collaborate, and make thoughtful decisions make her exactly the kind of leader our schools need.

My husband grew up with Alexa, and through both his connection and my own experiences working with her, I know how dedicated she is to this community. Alexa understands that strong schools are built on engaged families, dedicated teachers, and thoughtful policies. During her previous tenure, she demonstrated her ability to make balanced, informed choices that serve the best interests of families, teachers, and students alike. 

I also have the privilege of volunteering alongside Alexa at the Community Closet, run by the Acton Carlisle Foundation. As a CCF board member, I am grateful for her hard work at the Community Closet, and I’ve witnessed firsthand her kindness, generosity, and commitment to helping others. She is someone who shows up, listens, and takes action — qualities that will continue to serve our schools well. 

Alexa Anderson is exactly the kind of leader we need on the School Committee. I wholeheartedly support her and encourage you to do the same.
