Gratitude to Nick Ressler Blood Drive donors
Thanks to the generosity of local donors, the blood collected this year will benefit more than 120 individuals.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Acton community for the robust turnout at the 24th annual Nick Ressler Blood Drive, held at the Beede Center on Saturday, September 27. Thanks to the generosity of local donors, the blood collected this year will benefit more than 120 individuals — a true reflection of Acton’s enduring spirit of compassion.
Our deep gratitude goes to Jenny Saccardo at the Beede Center, as well as to the town of Acton, for their steadfast partnership in hosting this meaningful community event.
A warm welcome to the nine first-time donors, and a heartfelt thank-you to the many longtime donors who have returned year after year — some since the very first drive 24 years ago. Your dedication continues to honor Nick’s memory and strengthen the circle of care that defines our town.
For nearly a quarter-century, the Nick Ressler Blood Drive has been a living testament to how one community, coming together in kindness, can make a profound difference. Thank you, Acton, for showing up once again — with open hearts and rolled-up sleeves.
