There would be a house at 615 Lowell Road today if the builder had compromised and reduced the size of the building.

Members of the Historic Districts Commission who oversaw the application for a house at 615 Lowell Road have already stated why they do not agree with the judge’s ruling.

The HDC’s unanimous vote to deny the application for a house at 615 Lowell Road was because the developer was asked with each submission to reduce the size of the building. Instead it grew larger.
