Letter: Support ‘proven leader’ Tracey Marano for School Committee

I am writing to express my strong support for Tracey Marano’s candidacy for the Acton School Committee. Tracey is a dedicated member of our community and a proven leader in our town’s schools. She comes to the School Committee with a level of expertise in education that is unmatched in this election.  Having been a teacher and administrator herself for many years, Tracey fully understands the complexities of educating kids.  I appreciate Tracey’s efforts to put students back on the agenda, ensuring that important initiatives are transparently communicated to parents.  In a time when understanding and engaging with the education system is paramount, Tracey’s advocacy for informed and involved parents is invaluable.
