Opting against a Select Board reelection bid, offering thanks to colleagues and supporters

The opportunity to serve Acton as a member of the Select Board has been an honor and a privilege for me. I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to share their ideas, and especially their time and efforts, to benefit Acton. Thank you for the trust and the many kind words you have shared with me. I particularly want to thank my colleagues, past and present, on the Select Board; it is a pleasure to work with such thoughtful and dedicated people.

Looking ahead, I have decided not to seek re-election to the Select Board. I have personal matters that will need my attention over the next several years. I am confident Acton is in good hands and our traditions of citizen leadership will continue.
