Opting not to run for reelection to Acton School Committee
I’m grateful to our administrators for the care and professionalism they bring to their work, and to the community for placing its trust in me.
Serving on the School Committee for the past four years has been an honor. I’ve seen the challenges our schools and community face, the moments that show why this work matters, and how hard it is to lead schools today.
I’m grateful to our administrators for the care and professionalism they bring to their work, and to the community for placing its trust in me. I’ve done my best to listen, learn, and represent the entire community.
Our schools are excellent and are central to our community. As a parent, I’m grateful every day to send my three children to them, and as a committee member, I’ve been proud to stand up for the more than 3,000 Acton, Carlisle, and Boston students.
I’ve decided not to run for reelection in 2026, but I look forward to staying engaged and informed in this community.
