Rotary overhaul requires prudent consideration

I agree that the rotary needs a modern solution. It is not an effective method to keep traffic moving. 

However, I think that it should be coordinated with the development of the old prison property. It will require some evaluation, not only about traffic but the impact on the area. 

We in Acton don’t want an ugly solution to this problem. I hope the powers that be really look at this solution from many perspectives.
