Williams is the School Committee leader Acton needs in these challenging times

Dr. Williams has demonstrated the independence, passion, and initiative to chart the right course.

These are pivotal times for public education. Will the federal Department of Education be abolished? Will executive orders impact our curricula, or even the freedom to say certain words? The next few years will demand great courage from Acton’s students, teachers, and administrators. To support them, our School Committee members must be steadfastly committed to inclusion and progressive ideals.

Michael Williams is the leader we need to navigate our schools through these challenges. As a citizen, he’s already worked to align the School Committee’s actions with Acton’s values. As an elected member, his policy guidance and executive oversight will help assure that our public schools serve every student.

This is no time for Acton to rest on its laurels. It’s time to shape the future of education in the face of adversity. Dr. Williams has demonstrated the independence, passion, and initiative to chart the right course. Please join me in voting for him on April 8.
